DrDave's BBQ Sauce

2 cups water
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup garlic, finely diced
Red pepper to taste.

1. On high, combine and blend to smooth mixture.
2. Simmer until mixture thickens (50-60 min.).
3. Put into a covered container, makes 12-14 oz.
4. Refridgerate overnight before using!
Use on your favorite BBQ meat, Use less red
pepper if this is for chicken.

Garlic Salt1Tbs
Celery Salt2Tbs
Paprika2Tbs
Chile Powder2Tbs
Black Pepper1Tbs
Alspice1/2Tsp
Ground Cloves1/4Tsp
Ginger1/4Tsp

Rub on Beef, Pork, Chicken or Ribs at least an hour before
BBQ.
