Pie Crust (Betty Crocker Pie Crust Mix)

Use 1/2 pkg

Eggs (4 eggs preferred)

Milk

Pepper

 

dash

 

Red Pepper Sauce

Drops

Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)

Dry Mustard

Swiss, Cheddar, Monterey & Mozzarella

Butter

 

 

 

Green Onion (chopped)

Crab & Shrimp

Ortega Chiles (optional)

Serve topped with sour cream and taco sauce.

 

 

 

Saute seafood and onion in butter. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, mustard.

 

Pour seafood in bottom of crust, layer cheese, and egg mixture with chiles.

 

Bake at 350 deg. for 50 minutes or when golden on top.

 

 

Let stand 10 min before cutting.
