Sauerkraut & Kielbasa
64oz bottle of Sauerkraut
1 large thinly sliced white onion
two elephant garlic cloves thinly sliced
pinch of course ground pepper
soaking it in 32 oz of beer for two hours

Bring it to a boil
Turn the heat down and keep it at or near
boiling for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve on French rolls with BBQ'd Kielbasa,
fresh onion, and frenches mustard.
